• During checkout, please triple check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If your order contains the wrong address, please notify us via email perfectkre8tions@gmail.com within 24 hours to update the address. If you enter an incorrect address and your package has been shipped out, reach out to the carrier to intercept the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damages Packages 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages.

Refunds

You have 24 hours to cancel your order in order to receive refund. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of purchase, there will be No Refund.
