Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at naturawbeautyy@gmail.com so we can update it.

If your order has already shipped with an incorrect address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request an interception or resolution.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, NatuRaw Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or resolve the issue.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

After the 24-hour window, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
